Launch of the E-Portal for Scientific and Technological Products, Innovative Solutions, and Digital Transformation: a practical step in implementing Resolution 57
On April 9, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially launched the E-portal for Receiving and Announcing Scientific, Technological, Innovative Solutions and Digital Transformation Products at https://nq57.mst.gov.vn/. This significant event marks a concrete step in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, aiming to foster a national ecosystem of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. FPT has emerged as a leading technology enterprise, actively submitting and being featured for its products and services on the portal.
The E-portal serves as the official platform to receive and publish proposals for new “Products – Solutions” in technology and digital transformation that have been successfully implemented in Vietnam and have demonstrated tangible effectiveness for government agencies and businesses. This initiative concretizes Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP, issued on January 9, 2025, by the Government, which outlines the Government’s action program to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
“More than just a digital platform, this E-portal embodies a new spirit in executing Resolution 57, it seeks to ignite a strong movement of entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation, improving work efficiency and labor productivity; and to promote a spirit of independence, confidence, self-reliance, resilience, and national pride—core values that empower us to harness Vietnamese intelligence and successfully achieve national goals in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation,” Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long shared.
To date, E-the portal has published 71 outstanding digital technology products and solutions recognized at “Make in Vietnam” Digital Technology Product Awards 2024. Among them, FPT has 4 officially published products and solutions in the E-portal: VioEdu – Online education system, Volar Finex – Financial core system, VertZéro – Carbon accounting software, and the FPT Play app. Additionally, other products and solutions from FPT Corporation are currently being compiled and proposed on the portal. An FPT representative shared that Resolution 57-NQ/TW opens a promising new chapter in the nation’s development through science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation. The official launch of the portal not only marks a milestone in policy communication but also provides a strategic connection between the Government and the technology business community. It serves as a hub for “Make in Vietnam” technology products developed by pioneering Vietnamese enterprises.
