Military Hospital 175 partners with FPT IS to deploy cashless payment system
By successfully putting into operation the cashless payment system deployed by FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS), Military Hospital 175 has become the first hospital in Ho Chi Minh City to apply OCR technology into the hospital fee payment process.
Accordingly, when a patient scans his/her personal ID at kiosks located in the hospital, the system will automatically record the patient’s information, thereby reducing the time required for payment processes at the counter. Besides, when visiting Military Hospital 175 for medical check, patients can also easily look up medical records at kiosks or right on their mobile phones, laptops, etc.
Military Hospital 175 is the first hospital in Ho Chi Minh City to apply OCR technology into the hospital fee payment process.
The new system allows patients and family members to save time, avoid stress or any risks compared to cash payment. Meanwhile, the hospital can easily manage the collection of hospital fees, thereby enhancing service quality and payment experience.
The project meets the exact expectations of the Board of Military Hospital 175, contributes to bringing a new look to the hospital, and affirms FPT IS’ capability in delivering digital healthcare solutions. Previously, Military Hospital 175 has also trusted and selected FPT IS as a partner to implement the Hospital Information System (HIS), one of the important systems to promote digital transformation at the hospital.
