Sagen cooperates with FPT IS to promote green transformation in factory and building construction

FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) and Sagen Constructive Design Consultancy Joint Stock Company (Sagen) have recently signed a memorandum of understanding to develop green technology and apply sustainable standards in the field of factory and building construction, thereby joining forces to further the green transition towards the goal of zero emission factory (NetZero factory). 

In particular, both parties will cooperate to provide green transformation services and solutions to organizations and individuals in need of green factories and buildings. This partnership aims to facilitate the green transition, improve construction efficiency and promote green values to customers.

Accordingly, FPT IS supports every step of the roadmap, offering advice and solutions to promote green transformation projects. These include technological solutions that assist in optimizing factory operations in line with the circular economy trend, reducing power consumption, managing and recovering waste, and improving the supply chain. On Sagen’s side, the company provides comprehensive consulting services and proposes solutions to optimize every aspect of construction, including design documents, green certification, construction and sustainable building operation.

Within the framework of cooperation, the two sides focus on the field of green factory construction. This is significant in light of the approaching commitment to Net Zero Carbon emissions since the delay in greening factories has a negative impact on the market and the ability to attract investment capital for many manufacturing businesses. The key industries of FPT IS and Sagen are focusing on, including pharmaceuticals – food, wood furniture – household appliances as well as construction, are recording high demand for better service standards and solutions to meet international regulations. Beginning 5 years ago, Sagen has aimed to apply green standards to each project, depending on the needs of the investor.
