Three FPT technological solutions honored at the Make in Vietnam 2024 Awards
Recently, three “Made by FPT” solutions were honored and received awards at the Make in Vietnam 2024 Awards, further affirming the reputation, quality, and high applicability of solutions researched and developed by FPT IS Co., Ltd., a member of FPT Corporation.

On January 15, 2025, within the framework of the 6th National Forum on Developing Digital Technology Enterprises in Vietnam, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) announced and presented the Make in Vietnam 2024 Digital Technology Product Awards. This annual event honors outstanding digital technology products developed by Vietnamese enterprises, contributing to building a sustainable digital economy and affirming Vietnam’s position in the 4.0 Industrial Revolution.
The awards ceremony was attended by General Secretary Tô Lâm, Minister of Information and Communications Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng, along with representatives from ministries, departments, and major technology enterprises.
VertZéro ranked in the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products in the fields of Agriculture, Resources, and Environment.
Among the honored digital technology products, the VertZéro software was recognized in the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products in the fields of Agriculture, Resources, and Environment. As Vietnam has pledged to achieve NetZero by 2050, FPT is one of the first organizations to provide a greenhouse gas inventory solution in Vietnam – VertZéro. This solution helps enterprises calculate, monitor, and reduce carbon emissions. The product uses AI and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to automate data collection from documents such as invoices and reports, while also providing emission trend forecasts based on international standards like the GHG Protocol and IPCC. Notably, VertZéro comprehensively calculates emissions across all three scopes (Scope 1, 2, 3) and offers tools for planning emission reductions in line with SBTi standards.
VioEdu received the award for the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products in the fields of Education, Healthcare, Culture, and Society.
Included in the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products in the fields of Education, Healthcare, Culture, and Society, the VioEdu online education system continues to affirm its pioneering position in the journey of digitalizing education in Vietnam. Launched in 2019, VioEdu was developed with the mission to enhance learning quality through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data technology. Currently, VioEdu leads the market in sales and impact on Vietnam’s education sector, with an estimated 1 in 3 Vietnamese students aware of and using the platform for self-study. It boasts over 20 million users and more than 1 billion practice sessions annually. VioEdu’s success is not only reflected in its growth figures but also in its widespread recognition, consistently topping educational app rankings in Vietnam and winning numerous prestigious domestic and international technology awards.
Volar FINEX ranked in the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products in the fields of Finance, Banking, Commerce, and Services.
The Volar FINEX financial core software was honored in the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products in the fields of Finance, Banking, Commerce, and Services. In the context of rapid changes in the financial and banking sector, traditional financial banking models face the pressure to modernize, not only to maintain operational efficiency but also to innovate to retain a competitive edge. As the first and only financial core product “Make in Vietnam” on the market, developed by FPT, Volar FINEX aims to provide financial institutions with modern, flexible, and secure operational tools. It helps customers save 60% in costs with prices ranging from one-third to half that of foreign core products, reduces processing times by 30%, and still meets the stringent requirements of the financial sector. Since its implementation in 2023, the solution has been deployed to three financial institutions in Vietnam, serving approximately 17 million customers of financial companies and banks. In the first nine months of 2024, the solution generated 45.1 billion VND in revenue from customers Sacombank Leasing and HDBank.
