Toyota Vietnam has successfully applied the SAP S/4HANA system deployed by FPT IS
In an effort to realize the goal of comprehensive transformation, Toyota Motor Vietnam Company Limited (Toyota) recently started employing the SAP S/4HANA enterprise resource planning system deployed by FPT IS to improve operational efficiency and financial control.
Specifically, FPT IS has deployed eight modules of SAP S/4HANA for Toyota, including: AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), AA (Asset Accounting), INV (Inventory), MC (Manufacturing Costs), GL (General Ledger), BG (Budget), and PA (Profitability Analysis). Thanks to the efforts of the project teams from both parties and partners, the system has been successfully implemented at Toyota Vietnam without impacting the SAP system at other branches such as Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia.

In addition to helping Toyota optimize processes, reduce costs and improve productivity, the new system also provides a solid foundation for businesses to have stronger financial control and centralized management. Thanks to that, Toyota can enhance its competitiveness and expand its scale of operations in the global market.
The SAP S/4HANA ERP project’s success is regarded as a prerequisite for Toyota to embark on digital transformation projects moving forward, as well as a validation of FPT IS’s capacity in the ERP domain, thus generating several new avenues for collaboration between the two companies.
