FPT joins hands with Institute for AI (University of Technology – VNU): Creating a launchpad for the development of Vietnamese AI talents
Recently, the Institute for Artificial Intelligence, University of Technology, Vietnam National University Hanoi signed a cooperation agreement with FPT IS (a subsidiary company of the FPT Corporation) regarding training, scientific research, and the implementation of applications in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).
The Institute for AI, University of Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi has signed a cooperation agreement with FPT.
Under this collaboration, the two parties aim to achieve the following goals:
- High-quality training and creating internship opportunities at enterprise
- Research and application: Collaborate on scientific research projects, develop and apply breakthrough AI solutions to address pressing market challenges.
- Sharing space and knowledge: Establish “AI Hubs” to facilitate learning, exchange, and sharing of experiences and knowledge about AI.
The cooperation with the Institute for AI, University of Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi helps FPT contribute to making Vietnam a “nurturing ground” for high-quality human resources.
At FPT, the development strategy for the period 2025-2027 is based on five key directions established in 2024: Artificial Intelligence – Semiconductors – Digital Automotive Technology – Digital Transformation – Green Transformation, with AI being the central focus. The cooperation with the Institute for AI, University of Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi plays a crucial role in helping FPT in general, and FPT IS in particular, quickly realize the set goals, contributing to making Vietnam a “nurturing ground” for high-quality human resources in high technology and artificial intelligence.
