Tran Duc and FPT IS successfully deploy the Rise with SAP suite
Recently, Tran Duc Corporation and FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) have announced the deployment of the Rise with SAP suite. This is a major “stepping stone” for Tran Duc on the journey of “late start, early finish” in digital transformation, creating a governance system compliant with international standards.
Specifically, FPT IS have deployed the Rise with SAP solution including the SAP S/4HANA system for Tran Duc with the following modules: Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Portfolio and Project Management, Financial Accounting, Controlling. The solution has been integrated with an inventor drawing dissection system for BOM on SAP and the E-invoice electronic invoice system.
The solution will help Tran Duc implement real-time and centralized management on a single platform, enabling the optimization of resources and quick decision-making. Meanwhile, this is also an important foundation for Tran Duc to develop peripheral systems for the statistics and coordination of production activities, deploy the solution for Tran Duc’s new factories at later stages, and implement smart management with an aim of moving towards corporate governance based on “speaking numbers”.

Currently, Tran Duc is one of the leading players in the hotel furniture manufacturing and exporting sector. Tran Duc has 2 factories with an area of 100,000 m2 located in Binh Duong, hosting 2,000 workers. Recently, Tran Duc has opened an office and a showroom in Dubai. The system integrates business processes and centralizes data from different divisions into a single platform, significantly enhancing the overall management capacity of the company. All information has been streamlined and centralized, allowing the Board of Directors to fully understand the business situation in real time and make timely and accurate strategic business decisions. The system can measure the needs for raw materials with an accuracy of up to 95%, reducing order response time by 10%.
