Truong Thanh Furniture and FPT IS kick off the project on SAP SuccessFactors integrated with Balanced Scorecard system
Identifying technology as the foundation for enhancing competitive advantages, Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (Truong Thanh Furniture) has joined hands with FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) to kick off a project to deploy SAP SuccessFactors, the world’s leading HR management solution, integrated with the Balanced Scorecard strategic enterprise management system (SAP SEM – CPM).
This is a continuation of the strategic cooperation process between Truong Thanh Furniture and FPT IS. After the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and “Made by FPT IS” solutions, the Board of Truong Thanh Furniture continues to join hands with FPT IS to deploy SAP SuccessFactors integrated with SAP SEM – CPM to promote HR management strategy within 5 months.
With a management philosophy that focuses on long-term factors, as well as a vision of taking people as the central resource that needs to be nurtured and developed, over the past 5 years, Truong Thanh Furniture has constantly been researching and adopting advanced management solutions into HR management and business operations. This is the first SuccessFactors project to be deployed for a manufacturing enterprise in Vietnam, and also the first project to integrate SuccessFactors with Balanced Scorecard (SAP SEM-CPM) in Southeast Asia.
FPT IS and Truong Thanh Furniture officially kick off the SAP SuccessFactors project.

Truong Thanh Furniture and FPT IS have had a long-term cooperation over the past years via several projects on Paperless office, Process digitalization and automatic assignment, Document management, HR management, Electronic invoices… In particular, amid the complex context of Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, Truong Thanh Furniture and FPT rapidly implemented the Green enterprise solution – FPT eCovax in just 2 days. The solution was applied for 11 member companies, including 3 companies in Binh Duong with nearly 2,600 employees, to ensure stable and uninterrupted operations.
