FPT launches BizNext Mobile App with integrated e-invoicing to empower micro and small household businesses

Under Decree 70/2025/NĐ-CP, starting June 1, 2025, household businesses with annual revenue of 1 billion VND or more will be required to use electronic invoices. By 2026, Resolution 198/2025/QH15 will fully replace the current flat-tax mechanism with mandatory tax declarations and payments based on invoice data. This transition is not merely an administrative shift, it is an opportunity for household businesses to move toward greater transparency, structured operations, and improved access to credit, digital transformation programs, and long-term growth support.

In a recent directive, the Prime Minister tasked the Ministry of Finance with inviting leading IT corporations to develop software solutions supporting household and small businesses in implementing e-invoicing systems based on point-of-sale data, in alignment with evolving regulations.
