Organised by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the forum attracted approximately 1,500 delegates. Accordingly, in the category of Top 10 outstanding digital technology products in education, healthcare, culture and social sectors, FPT Culture Tech was honoured for its achievements. This is Vietnam’s first all-in-one digital heritage ecosystem, designed to preserve and “immortalise” cultural heritage in the digital space. The ecosystem is developed based on strategic digital technologies prioritised by the Government of Vietnam under Decision No. 1131/QD-TTg, contributing to the preservation of cultural identity while promoting cultural industries and smart tourism.
FPT CX Suite ranks among the Top 10 outstanding digital technology products in finance, banking, commerce and services
FPT CX Suite, an AI-powered customer experience management platform developed by FPT, was named among the Top 10 outstanding digital technology products in finance, banking, commerce and services. Just three years after its launch, the platform has served more than 50 million customers of over 100 enterprises in Vietnam and internationally, helping increase revenue from loyalty customers while reducing customer service operating costs by up to 60%. In Vietnam, FPT CX Suite pioneers the adoption of modern MACH architecture, meeting the highest requirements for security, data management and scalability in the digital economy era.
At the event, FPT also announced its commitments for 2026 in deploying Make in Viet Nam products, with a focus on virtual assistants and large-scale Vietnamese large language models. In parallel, FPT aims to bring Vietnamese LLMs into large-scale practical applications, targeting at least 100 billion usage interactions, particularly in key sectors such as finance, banking and retail. These commitments reflect FPT’s approach to developing core technologies that go beyond research, closely aligned with real-world applications to directly serve citizens, businesses and the public sector.
Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, CEO of FPT Corporation, delivers remarks at the event
Within the framework of the forum, Nguyen Van Khoa, Chief Executive Officer of FPT Corporation, presented a keynote speech titled “Vietnamese technology enterprises mastering core and strategic technologies and expanding globally.” He emphasised that Make in Viet Nam is not merely a slogan, but a matter of survival for Vietnamese technology enterprises in the new era.
According to Nguyen Van Khoa, for both himself personally and for FPT, Make in Viet Nam serves as an “inspirational banner,” while also posing a persistent and challenging question. “For FPT, Make in Viet Nam represents a strategic turning point—a difficult and demanding decision, but one that cannot be delayed,” he affirmed.
In the context where science, technology and innovation are identified as national priorities, FPT’s leadership noted that the group has proactively adjusted its development strategy—not merely to optimise profits, but to serve national interests. This marks a fundamental shift from a purely growth-driven mindset towards long-term investment in science and technology and the country’s endogenous capabilities.
On behalf of FPT Corporation, Mr Khoa committed to five key priorities: investing in education and human capital development; accelerating the application of science and technology in practice; delivering and exporting Vietnam’s core and strategic technologies to global markets; partnering and forming alliances with the scientific and technology community; and embracing challenges, pioneering efforts and even necessary failures to create new products that make substantive contributions to Make in Viet Nam and to the nation’s new era of growth.
The Make in Viet Nam Awards 2025 represent well-deserved recognition of FPT’s persistent efforts in mastering core technologies and developing strategic digital technology products bearing Vietnamese intellectual identity. The solutions honoured in this year’s Top 10 not only reaffirm FPT’s pioneering role and commitment to supporting the realisation of national digital transformation goals in line with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, but also demonstrate its aspiration to elevate Vietnam’s technological standing on the global digital map.
