FPT and Dell Technologies Drive Breakthrough Business Performance in the AI Era
Recently in Hung Yen, FPT, in collaboration with Dell Technologies, hosted the seminar “Building Competitive Advantage in the AI Era: Driving Performance Breakthroughs with Dell Automation Platform and FPT Digital Ecosystem”, attracting nearly 30 representatives from local enterprises. The event served as a specialized forum where FPT, Dell Technologies, and businesses in Hung Yen discussed the integration of the Dell Automation Platform with solutions from FPT’s digital ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Mr. Le Xuan Luu, representative of FPT, delivered the opening remarks
Opening the seminar, Mr. Le Xuan Luu, Director of the Enterprise Business Center, FPT IS, FPT Corporation, shared that FPT has long been discussing the transformation trends reshaping businesses. However, the key challenge lies in how organizations can effectively apply these technologies to generate tangible business value. With the support and partnership of FPT and Dell Technologies, he expressed his hope that enterprises in Hung Yen would gain practical insights into AI applications that can be readily integrated into their daily operations.
“What will the transformation journey look like? What will an AI-powered enterprise look like? This is the landscape that will define the coming years. FPT hopes to accompany businesses throughout this transformation journey so they can truly realize the value of next-generation transformation technologies in strengthening their competitive advantage in the AI era,” Mr. Luu said.
Mr. Chu Manh Huong – FPT Corporation, highlighted current digital transformation trends among FDI enterprises
In his presentation on the technology landscape and competitive advantage, Mr. Chu Manh Huong, Deputy Director of Business Consulting & Integrated Solutions Center FPT IS, FPT Corporation, outlined the major digital transformation trends shaping foreign-invested enterprises (FDI). Among the most notable is the Digital-First approach, which encompasses building a digital ecosystem with integrated management systems to enhance security and optimize business processes; digitizing supporting business functions to reduce costs amid inflation and fluctuating raw material prices; adopting data-driven management through AI and Big Data to improve business decision-making; and accelerating digital finance and accounting by widely adopting e-invoices, digital signatures, and automated accounting software to optimize financial management.
Businesses are also increasingly leveraging technology to address the shortage of high-quality talent. Two emerging trends include applying AI in recruitment and personalized learning (Adaptive Learning), as well as deploying payroll and flexible benefits management systems integrated into mobile applications to improve employee engagement, particularly among Generation Z workers in industrial parks.
From the technology partner’s perspective, Mr. Tran Toan Thang, representative of Dell Technologies, shared that the Dell Automation Platform enables enterprises to rapidly and efficiently build Private Cloud infrastructure. The platform provides the convenience of cloud-based data storage and retrieval while maintaining optimal security—an increasingly critical capability as the AI era brings heightened risks of cyberattacks and data breaches.
Dell Technologies also introduced the Dell Automation Platform, which is designed around three key objectives. The first is enabling enterprises to build private cloud infrastructure. The second is providing remote IT infrastructure management capabilities. The third is delivering AI-powered applications integrated into enterprise systems. Together, these three pillars support the management of virtualized enterprise infrastructure and operations.

Among the solutions that attracted significant interest was FPT’s end-to-end digital signing and identity verification ecosystem. Many businesses that have already adopted electronic contracts and digital signatures are now seeking more advanced capabilities for identity authentication and online retrieval of executed electronic contracts.
