FPT IS Honored with Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee for Outstanding Contributions to the City’s Digital Transformation in 2023

FPT IS, along with two of its officers, was recently awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, for their outstanding achievements in building and developing Hanoi’s Information System for Administrative Procedures, making an important contribution to the city’s digital transformation. 

In 2023, FPT IS successfully deployed Hanoi’s Information System for Administrative Procedures, the city’s first official system for handling public administrative procedures, in just 45 days. This system aims to ensure transparency, safety, and convenience in administrative procedures for the citizens of Hanoi.

The system has been introduced in 632 public service units, with more than 10,000 user accounts, standardizing 1,861 administrative procedures across 22 local government departments, offices, and agencies. Specifically, FPT IS closely coordinated with local government departments, offices, and agencies to redesign the process of handling administrative procedures, integrate electronic receipts for units using the system, connect receiving banks with local government agencies at all levels (579 wards/communes, 30 districts, 22 departments/offices/agencies), digitize input records and output results, as well as build an electronic data warehouse for organizations and individuals along with new administrative functions.

At present, the system is receiving nearly 10,000 applications per day, basically meeting administrative requirements and contributing to improving Hanoi’s Public Administration Reform Index according to Decision No. 766/QD-TTg .

FPT IS received three Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee for outstanding achievements in building and developing Hanoi’s Information System for Administrative Procedures.

In addition to awarding a Certificate of Merit to FPT IS, Chairman Tran Sy Thanh also awarded Certificates of Merit to two officers of FPT IS’s Government Sector, Mr. Le Thanh Xuan, Delivery Director, and Mr. My Duy Long, Director of the Northern Digital Government Software Deployment Center, for their significant contributions and remarkable leadership in guiding the FPT IS team to successfully complete the project.

The Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee not only recognize FPT IS’s capabilities and efforts but also serve as motivation for the company to continue researching, developing, and deploying advanced digital transformation systems and solutions, contributing to a modern, transparent, and efficient administration.
