The Dell Technologies Forum 2023, held on October 5, has been attended by more than 250 partners and 600 customers in the Northern region. At the event’s exhibition area, FPT IS presents the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution (akaBot), which draws great attention from the guests. akaBot is a comprehensive RPA solution for businesses with “virtual robot assistants”, capable of simulating human operations to perform a large amount of repetitive tasks. akaBot has recorded a significant increase in the number of global customers. The solution has been deployed at more than 3,500 businesses in 21 countries with more than 10,000 virtual robots.
