FPT participates in the event “80 years of development, combat and growth of the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order”
From April 10 to April 16, the Ministry of Public Security organized the exhibition “80 years of development, combat and growth of the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order” ,” marking the 80-year journey of formation and development of the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) – a core force in state management of security and order, playing a vital role in the national digital transformation process.
At the event, FPT was honored to be among a select group of enterprises accompanying C06 under the Ministry of Public Security to showcase an ecosystem of technology solutions that have been practically implemented, contributing to effectively serving citizens, businesses, and government agencies, towards building a modern, transparent, and citizen-centric administration.

The exhibition is part of the 80th Anniversary Celebration of the Police Department Administrative Management Police for Social Order (April 18, 1946 – April 18, 2026), along with the awarding of the Ho Chi Minh Order and the First-Class Fatherland Protection Order.
The ceremony, held on April 12, was attended by Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and members of the Politburo, including Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Central Organization Commission; General Luong Tam Quang, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee and Minister of Public Security; along with leaders of central agencies, ministries, sectors, and relevant organizations and enterprises.
Representing FPT Corporation were Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman; Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, CEO; and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, CEO of FPT IS.
In recent years, Project 06, built on the National Population Database, has created a transformative breakthrough in administrative reform and citizen-centric national digital transformation. According to reports, during the 2022–2025 period, the Project generated value exceeding VND 36,259 billion for the State, citizens, and businesses.

FPT has partnered with C06 under the Ministry of Public Security and other agencies to develop dozens of practical application models nationwide, creating a “digital lifeline.”
Specifically, FPT has taken the lead alongside the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order e and ministries, sectors, and localities in building and deploying dozens of real-world application models nationwide, contributing to the formation of a “digital lifeline” that connects the Government – citizens – businesses in a fast, efficient, and reliable manner.
Leveraging the population data platform and digital identity, many practical utilities have been widely deployed to serve citizens in daily life: citizens can be accurately authenticated using chip-based citizen ID cards (CCCD) in financial and banking transactions, helping prevent impersonation and fraud; using CCCD to register for medical examination and treatment and purchase medicine via VNeID; exercising rights and obligations in civil judgment enforcement; accessing the National Legal Portal to search, ask questions, and submit feedback; using CCCD for public transportation services such as metro systems; and using CCCD to identify candidates in large-scale examinations.

The effectiveness is clearly reflected in practical figures: 30 million ID Card authentication transactions in financial and banking services; more than 200 hospitals implementing ID Card – based medical services; nearly 400,000 elderly lượt using ID Card for metro travel; over 165,000 exam identifications via ID Card; nearly 120,000 medicine purchases via VNeID; and more than 426,000 active digital citizen application accounts. Platforms such as civil judgment enforcement and the National Legal Portal integrated with VNeID also enable citizens to access public services more conveniently, significantly reducing travel needs.

The entire ecosystem is developed on advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, biometrics, NFC, and semiconductor chips designed by FPT, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability, towards building a synchronized, transparent, and citizen-centric digital ecosystem.
With the establishment of the Steering Committee for Strategic Technologies to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, FPT continues to affirm its technological mastery and commitment to partnering with the Ministry of Public Security and other ministries and sectors to scale Project 06 models nationwide, bringing digital utilities closer to citizens across all aspects of life.
