FPT Partners with the Supreme People’s Court of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Launch a Digital Platform for Task Management and Performance Evaluation

On July 29, the Supreme People’s Court of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SPC) and FPT Corporation officially launched the Task Assignment and Performance Evaluation System project, marking a significant milestone in the digital transformation of the judiciary’s management and administrative operations. The project aims to complete its pilot phase within 60 days, laying the foundation for its gradual nationwide rollout.

The Supreme People’s Court of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and FPT officially launch the Task Assignment and Performance Evaluation System project.

The launch ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; representatives from the Department of Organization and Personnel, the Department of Legislation and Scientific Management, the Office of the SPC, the Information Technology Department, and the Department of Planning and Finance. Representing FPT were Mr. Do Son Giang, Director of the Platform Services Division, FPT IS, FPT Corporation; Mr. Le Trung Hieu, Director of the Enterprise Digital Solutions Center, FPT IS, FPT Corporation; together with the project implementation team.

The project aims to build a comprehensive digital platform to manage task assignment and evaluate the performance of officials, civil servants, public employees, and staff across the People’s Court system. The platform is expected to enhance transparency in personnel evaluation, reduce subjectivity in performance assessments, automate data collection and report generation, monitor task progress, and provide leadership with real-time, data-driven insights to support decision-making.

The system is being developed on the Kyta Platform and comprises three core modules: document management, task assignment and tracking, and performance evaluation. It also integrates artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enable intelligent search, document processing, task assignment recommendations, and data analytics, creating a seamless digital workflow from task assignment through performance evaluation.

According to the implementation plan, the project will be delivered in four phases: process assessment and standardization, system deployment, pilot implementation at selected units, and expansion across the entire People’s Court system. The pilot phase is scheduled to begin in early September at selected departments within the SPC before being evaluated, refined, and progressively expanded. FPT and the SPC aim to complete the pilot at key units, establishing the foundation for deployment across the entire People’s Court system.

In his remarks, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang directed all departments of the SPC to work closely with FPT throughout the implementation process and maintain regular coordination meetings to promptly resolve emerging issues, ensuring the project is delivered on schedule and achieves its intended objectives.

Representing FPT, Mr. Do Son Giang, Director of the Platform Services Division, FPT IS, FPT Corporation, said FPT is honored to have been selected by the SPC as its technology partner for a project of strategic significance to both the digital transformation of the People’s Court system and Vietnam’s national digital transformation agenda. He reaffirmed FPT’s commitment to mobilizing maximum resources to ensure the project is delivered on schedule while proposing a regular coordination mechanism between the two organizations to promptly address implementation challenges.

Under the project plan, FPT will assign nearly 80 personnel, including specialists working on-site at the SPC, platform development experts, and a 24/7 operational support team. Alongside technical implementation, the project will also cover process assessment and standardization, system configuration, data digitization, and user training to ensure the platform can operate effectively immediately following the pilot phase.

Concluding the ceremony, Chief Justice Nguyen Van Quang called on all departments of the SPC to continue working closely with FPT, proactively address implementation challenges, and create favorable conditions to ensure the project’s successful delivery. With strong commitment from both organizations and close coordination between leadership and implementation teams, the 60-day pilot implementation campaign is expected to lay the foundation for a modern, transparent, and intelligent personnel management platform for the entire People’s Court system.
