FPT successfully completes acceptance of group-wide FPT.iHRP project for GELEX
FPT and GELEX Group Joint Stock Company have officially completed the Phase 2 acceptance and full project delivery of the “Implementation and Maintenance of the FPT.iHRP Human Resource and Payroll Management System” after more than one year of deployment.
This large-scale HR management project was implemented across the entire GELEX ecosystem, covering 15 member companies and serving over 2,500 employees.
The project aims to enhance comprehensive workforce management efficiency while accelerating the digitalization of internal processes across the organization. The deployment of FPT.iHRP marks a significant milestone in GELEX’s digital transformation strategy, contributing to the standardization of HR processes, optimization of centralized payroll operations, and improved operational efficiency among its subsidiaries.

In Phase 1, FPT deployed key modules including employee information management, time and attendance tracking, and HR services on both web and mobile platforms, enabling employees to access and update information anytime, anywhere.
Phase 2 focused on implementing advanced functionalities such as payroll management, compensation and benefits, insurance, training, and performance evaluation. In addition, the system was enhanced with advanced features including competency framework management, career development pathways, and individual development planning. These capabilities support GELEX in building a structured and future-ready HR management foundation aligned with its long-term growth objectives.
Given the project’s scale, spanning multiple subsidiaries with diverse operational characteristics, it required a high level of standardization and process alignment. Throughout the implementation, the FPT project team worked closely with GELEX’s project management team and end users at each subsidiary to review and refine workflows, ensuring the system accurately reflects real-world operations.

To ensure both timeline and quality, the implementation team directly engaged with each member company, addressing arising issues and tailoring the solution to meet specific operational needs.
