ROX Group Elevates Resource Management System with Digital Data
ROX Group and FPT IS, a member of FPT Corporation, have successfully implemented the SAP S/4HANA project, officially launching the system and comprehensively revamping the management processes of ROX Living and ROX iPark, two real estate development and business companies under ROX Group. The software optimizes management operations, enhances competitiveness, and marks a significant breakthrough in the digital transformation of management in the real estate business for these enterprises.
Representatives from ROX and FPT jointly activated the SAP S/4HANA enterprise resource planning system.
The SAP S/4HANA system was implemented from March 2021 to December 2024 in five large-scale phases. It successfully integrated seven subsystems with the existing management systems of ROX Living, ROX iPark, and TNL (part of ROX Group), including: Financial Accounting (FI, CO), Sales and Distribution (SD & REFX), Project Systems (PS), Materials Management (MM), and Procurement (MM). Additionally, the system was integrated with ROX-specific business processes such as CRM (SSM), MSB Bank, electronic invoicing, and asset management.
The deployment of the SAP S/4HANA system marks a strategic milestone for ROX Group, reflecting its long-term vision and proactive approach in embracing integration and modernization trends. It also capitalizes on the opportunities presented by the recovery and growth of the real estate market. This initiative not only reinforces ROX’s new brand identity—a symbol of sustainability and strength—but also underscores FPT’s expertise and leading position in delivering advanced ERP solutions in Vietnam.
Vietnam’s real estate market is exhibiting strong recovery signals. According to analysis by VARS, the implementation of the Land Law 2024, Housing Law 2023, Real Estate Business Law 2023, and Clause 2, Article 209 of the Law on Credit Institutions—effective August 1—has positively influenced the market’s revival and growth. Notably, in the third quarter, nationwide searches for land increased by 49%, private houses by 25%, and apartments and villas by 24% and 22%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. Amid this dynamic environment, digital transformation has emerged as a critical enabler for businesses to optimize operations and maintain a competitive edge.
As the implementation partner, FPT has applied its extensive experience and customization capabilities to bring a comprehensive, modern, flexible, and internationally standardized SAP management system to the operations of ROX Living and ROX iPark. The objective was to address the need for an upgraded management system, optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness to best suit the specific characteristics of the real estate business. Notably, the SAP S/4HANA software has streamlined business processes in the real estate industry, from investment to sales and project management. Through real-time, accurate measurement and reporting, the system provides timely insights to support informed decision-making. As a result, the decision-making capabilities of the management board have been significantly improved, enabling ROX Living and ROX iPark to elevate their investment and project development strategies, making them more agile and efficient in today’s challenging market, aligned with their goals of expanding scale and enhancing competitiveness.
