Tan Hoang Minh chooses FPT IS as a partner to implement ERP system specialized in real estate

On November 2, Tan Hoang Minh Group and FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (FPT IS) have officially kicked off the project of “Implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions” with standard processes in the field of Construction – Real Estate. This has marked the start of one of the biggest ERP projects ever in the Construction – Real Estate industry in Vietnam.

In the growth strategy of Tan Hoang Minh Group along with the goal of “Creating a new era”, one of the important and key contents is “digitalizing” business activities. This is consistent with the current trend in Vietnam and in the world – Digital transformation for integration and development. The cooperation with FPT IS, a member of FPT Corporation, a leading system integrator and technology solution provider in Vietnam and in the region, apparently indicates Tan Hoang Minh’s determination in the digital transformation roadmap of the Group.

The project uses a set of ERP solutions specialized in Construction – Real Estate, and developed based on SAP platform by FPT IS, along with the latest “Made-by-FPT” solutions, deployed on the Group-wide scale and its 09 member companies. The project is expected to be implemented within 12 months, divided into 2 phases with major and specific modules including: Making and managing investment estimation/pre-feasibility analysis, Investment planning management, Project bidding and procurement management, Property rental and lease management, Bidding information management, Contractor progress management, Project lifecycle management, Legal documents and project documentation management.

The implementation of the project will allow Tan Hoang Minh Group to standardize the entire business process, centralize data, and closely connect business departments according to the best governance model standard. Information and reports on management activities are updated continuously in real time, providing maximum support for the Board’s decision making.

In addition, the ERP management system will be a solid technology foundation for Tan Hoang Minh to continue to promote professionalization and modernization of corporate governance activities, enhancing competitiveness and expanding business. Besides, the project is one of the important steps for the Group to position itself as a leading digital enterprise in the field of real estate in Vietnam and reach out to the region.
