FPT continues to accompany Military Hospital 105 in the journey of healthcare digital transformation
Recently, FPT IS, a member of FPT Corporation, and Military Hospital 105 officially signed the project “IT Service Rental: Hospital Management Software (HIS)” under the FPT.eHospital ecosystem. The project marks an important milestone in the hospital’s digital transformation strategy, helping to enhance the quality of medical examination and treatment, optimize hospital management, and create greater convenience for patients and medical staff.

The signing ceremony was attended by Colonel Nguyen Van Chinh – Director of Military Hospital 105, Lieutenant Colonel, MSc, Dr. Do Hai Linh – Deputy Director of the hospital, along with representatives from various departments involved in the project. On the FPT side, Mr. Pham Thanh Tung – Executive Vice President and Director of Healthcare Sector at FPT IS, FPT Corporation, along with project team members, were present to witness and participate in the cooperation signing.
Military Hospital 105 will continue to extend and upgrade the Hospital Information Management System.
According to the agreement, Military Hospital 105 will continue to extend and upgrade the Hospital Information Management System (HIS) after three years of effective operation, while also implementing the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. While HIS has already helped the hospital digitize management processes, reduce administrative procedures, and improve operational efficiency, EMR is expected to be a major breakthrough, bringing the hospital closer to a paperless model and modernizing medical record management.
The combination of both HIS and EMR systems will not only enhance Military Hospital 105’s operational efficiency and improve healthcare service quality but also lay a crucial foundation for medical data integration in alignment with the Ministry of Health’s overall strategy.
Over the years, Military Hospital 105 has gradually applied technology solutions in medical examination, treatment, and hospital management. Currently, all hospital departments have undergone data digitization, and patient treatment information is continuously updated, making diagnosis and treatment more effective.
