FPT brings the spirit of “entrepreneurship and innovation” to the 7th National Innovation and Startup Forum – Quang Ninh 2025
On September 10, the 7th National Innovation and Startup Forum took place at Royal Hotel, Bai Chay, Quang Ninh, bringing together leading experts, investors, and top technology enterprises. Amid the dynamic atmosphere of the event, FPT’s exhibition booth stood out as a highlight, showcasing impressive technology solutions and demonstrating the spirit of “entrepreneurship within the enterprise” that FPT has nurtured for 37 years.
The 7th National Innovation and Startup Forum – Quang Ninh 2025 was held with the goal of “gathering global resources to develop local innovation and startup ecosystems in the digital economy era.” The forum not only provided a platform to share emerging technology trends but also served as a key bridge connecting the startup community, major enterprises, and government authorities.
The event is regarded as a flagship initiative to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee, alongside relevant government resolutions and Quang Ninh Province’s plans for the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
In recent years, Quang Ninh has consistently ranked among the top provinces nationwide in terms of provincial competitiveness, administrative reform, digital transformation, and innovation. Notably, the province’s local innovation index has remained in the top 10 across the country for several consecutive years. With a focus on sustainable development, Quang Ninh considers innovation-driven startups as a key driver to boost growth, diversify the economy, and ignite the aspirations of the younger generation.
As one of the pioneering technology enterprises, FPT brought to the forum a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions, demonstrating its commitment to supporting localities, particularly Quang Ninh, on their journey of digital transformation and innovation-based economic development.

At the exhibition, delegates listened to and highly appreciated the technology solutions researched and developed by FPT’s own team. These products not only address practical challenges for businesses and the nation but also reinforce FPT’s innovative capabilities and pioneering position in technology.
In the automation category, FPT showcased Akabot – an intelligent automation ecosystem combining RPA (Robotic Process Automation) with Agentic AI, enabling businesses to optimize operations and handle complex tasks. Present in 21 countries and serving over 4,000 global clients, Akabot has been recognized by numerous international organizations for its ability to analyze, learn, coordinate, and make independent decisions.
Also on display was FPT AI Agents for Customer Service Centers, an advanced AI personnel solution leveraging Generative AI. It automates end-to-end customer interactions across multiple channels, handling tasks such as answering FAQs, providing consultations, placing orders, scheduling appointments, and executing marketing campaigns. Operating 24/7 across most digital platforms, FPT AI Agents enhances customer service capabilities, improves user experience, and drives business growth.
In the field of education and training, FPT showcased Khaothi.Online, a solution enabling large-scale examinations with high standardization and security, deeply applying modern assessment theories and technologies. This solution not only saves costs and time but also enhances transparency, effectiveness, and innovation in evaluation, supporting the digital transformation requirements of the sector.
For end-to-end electronic contract management, FPT introduced Kyta Platform – a platform that allows businesses to digitize the entire contract lifecycle, from template creation, approval, and signing to storage and retrieval. Integrated with advanced authentication technologies and compliant with legal regulations, Kyta optimizes contract administration, shortens processing time, mitigates risks, and increases transparency. This solution not only helps businesses manage documents efficiently but also promotes digital transformation in the electronic office domain.
A standout feature at the booth was the FPT Culture Tech ecosystem, a comprehensive solution built around three core values: Digitization – Archiving – Promotion, aimed at preserving and disseminating cultural heritage in the digital space. With akaVerse, 3D Laser Scanning and 3D Photogrammetry technologies are applied to create accurate digital replicas of artifacts and architectural works. For intangible heritage, such as ca trù and hát xẩm, the solution combines Volumetric Video technology to capture the entire performance space as well as the gestures and expressions of artists. This allows akaVerse to fully preserve cultural values while enabling immersive digital reproduction and exploitation.

Complementing this, iSoma is a specialized solution for 2D digitization, focusing on converting paper-based materials such as ancient scripts, woodblocks, and administrative documents into structured digital data. Integrated with AI-OCR technology, iSoma can automatically recognize, extract, and process information, building a standardized data repository that is easy to store, search, and utilize.
At the exhibition booth, visitors had the opportunity to interact directly with artifacts through virtual reality (VR) headsets, freely rotating and zooming in to explore intricate details. This demonstrates how technology transforms static cultural heritage into a vivid, interactive, and educational experience, engaging audiences across all generations.
