GEIC completes deployment of FPT.iHRP to optimize human resource management amid rapid growth
The project “Implementation and Maintenance of the FPT.iHRP Human Resource and Payroll Management Software”, jointly carried out by GEIC Industrial Equipment JSC (a member of the GELEX Group) and FPT, has been officially accepted following the successful completion of two operational phases on July 15 and August 31, 2025.

In this project, GEIC deployed the FPT.iHRP system with a full suite of standard HR management modules, including personnel records, timekeeping, employee self-service, and mobile applications, along with advanced modules such as payroll, insurance, and annual tax finalization. By adopting this “Made by FPT” solution, the company has standardized its entire HR management process on a unified and comprehensive platform, enhancing management efficiency and operational accuracy.
This milestone is particularly significant as GEIC’s workforce has grown rapidly – by 70% in a short period, reflecting its exceptional development pace and preparation for upcoming key projects. Amid rapid expansion and the concurrent implementation of multiple digital transformation initiatives, the FPT project team worked closely alongside GEIC to ensure progress, quality, and objectives, demonstrating strong flexibility and accountability in execution.
The successful acceptance of FPT.iHRP highlights GEIC’s strategic direction: leveraging technology as a foundation to modernize HR management, thereby establishing a solid basis for future growth and large-scale expansion.
