A Nationwide Celebration Journey: VioEdu Brings the Award Ceremony to Every Corner of the Country

Hanoi, May 30, 2026 – At the National Convention Center, the Award Ceremony honoring outstanding students of the VioEdu Arena for the 2025-2026 academic year (Hanoi region) officially took place under the theme: “Shining Capital Students, Leading the Digital Era.”

The event concluded VioEdu’s proud nationwide celebration journey, designed to recognize outstanding academic achievements and the proactive technology integration spirit of thousands of excellent students.

This year, the VioEdu Arena has created a nationwide edtech wave by attracting a record nearly 5 million students to participate. Among them, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An, Hai Phong, and Hung Yen ranked as the top 5 localities with the highest number of participants.

To appropriately honor these efforts, the organizing committee awarded a total of 82,158 prizes nationwide, with a total value of nearly 5 billion VND, including 7,679 Gold Awards, 13,172 Silver Awards, 18,089 Bronze Awards, and 43,218 Consolation Awards. Before choosing Hanoi as the final stop, the organizers successfully held six in-person award ceremonies in Ho Chi Minh City, Bac Ninh, Hue, Da Nang, Hai Phong, and Thanh Hoa. Hanoi marked the seventh and final ceremony, officially closing a highly successful season and strongly promoting a positive learning spirit within the community.

In Hanoi, this year’s program attracted a record 457,225 students in the General Arena (accounting for 32.55% of total primary and secondary students in the city) and 220,215 students in the English Arena (accounting for 15.70%). After a rigorous selection process from School-level, District-level, and City-level rounds, 13,728 outstanding students successfully made it to the honor roll, bringing home prestigious medals from the competition.

These results signal strong engagement and a positive reception of the digital education model aligned with the strategic orientation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW. Accessing and excelling in educational programs on digital platforms has become both a common choice and a growing need.

In practice, technology has become a visible presence in classrooms nationwide. Online learning platforms are transforming students’ approach to knowledge, offering flexibility in time, autonomy in learning paths, and freedom from geographical constraints. This provides a foundation for nurturing self-directed, autonomous learners who are ready to integrate globally.

Aligned with this trend, VioEdu has asserted its pioneering role in popularizing digital skills and providing equal learning opportunities for students across all regions. The platform bridges geographical gaps, ensuring students from major cities to rural and remote areas can access high-quality educational resources.

Sharing her experience of the program’s real impact, Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang (Teacher, Ngoi Sao Primary School, Hanoi) said: “VioEdu closely follows the students’ curriculum. Through weekly participation in the arena, the children are able to practice skills and develop knowledge naturally. Students are very excited and hope that the organizers will continue to design more engaging learning programs like this.”

A notable feature of this digital learning model is its application of artificial intelligence (AI) to offer personalized learning pathways for each student. Instead of applying a uniform curriculum to all, the system automatically analyzes each student’s strengths and weaknesses to provide tailored lesson suggestions.

This approach transforms knowledge acquisition from a passive to an active process, helping students develop independent thinking from an early stage. When learning is based on personal abilities and pace, students naturally cultivate a passion for their subjects. This is the core objective of digital education: enabling each student to take ownership of their learning journey.

From an initial online competition to a series of in-person award ceremonies across multiple provinces, VioEdu demonstrates that digital education is being implemented in a more substantial and widespread manner. This nationwide journey not only honors outstanding achievements but also lays the foundation for the younger generation in Vietnam to master strategic technology skills—an essential preparation to confidently integrate and compete in the digital era.
