FPT Showcases Automation Ecosystem at Automation World Vietnam 2026
From business process automation on digital platforms to robots supporting real-world operations, FPT showcased a diverse range of automation solutions at Automation World Vietnam 2026, addressing various business needs. FPT’s participation took place as part of Automation World Vietnam 2026, a specialized exhibition focusing on automation and robotics, bringing together technology companies, manufacturers, and customers from various industries.
FPT participates in Automation World Vietnam 2026
Automation World Vietnam 2026 took place from September 9 to 11 at Hall 1 of the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) in Hanoi, with an expected participation of 175 exhibitors, 350 booths, and approximately 10,000 visitors. The exhibition focused on six key areas: smart factory automation, intelligent machine vision, smart robots and mobility, smart logistics, smart electronics and component manufacturing, and AI connectivity. In addition to exhibition activities, the event featured 1:1 business matchmaking, technical seminars, and activities for technology startups.
FPT showcases automation solutions addressing diverse business needs at Automation World Vietnam 2026
At the event, FPT presented an automation solutions ecosystem comprising two main groups: akaBot – an intelligent automation platform for digital environments – and autonomous robot solutions from technology partners.
akaBot is FPT’s intelligent automation ecosystem, leveraging APA (Agentic Automation), RPA, IDP, Machine Learning, Process Mining, and other technologies to automate business processes and build a digital workforce for enterprises.
Today, akaBot’s intelligent software robots have been deployed for more than 4,500 customers across 21 countries and have received multiple industry recognitions, including Major Contender in Everest Group’s Intelligent Process Automation Products and Platforms (IPAP) PEAK Matrix® Assessment (2025), Voice of the Customer recognition from Gartner® Peer Insights™ (2024), and recognition as a Leading RPA Platform in Asia by G2 (2023).
At the exhibition, akaBot introduced its next-generation AI-powered automation platform, enabling enterprises to build software robots quickly and scale them with ease. Alongside the platform, akaBot also showcased a suite of AI Agent solutions designed to address use cases across back-office operations, accounting and finance, customer service, and other business functions.
FPT introduces Akabot’s next-generation AI-powered automation platform
While Akabot focuses on processes and business operations in digital environments, autonomous robot solutions extend automation capabilities to physical operations. FPT collaborates with three robot manufacturers – AutoXing, OrionStar, and Sparkoz – to provide solutions tailored to specific industries and business needs. The solution portfolio is designed as an integrated offering spanning consulting, implementation, equipment, robots, and operational management systems.
FPT collaborates with technology companies to demonstrate autonomous robot solutions
The showcased robots can support a wide range of activities, including transporting materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products in factories, warehouses, and logistics operations; lifting and handling pallets; delivering goods in hotels and restaurants; as well as welcoming, guiding, and interacting with customers at service locations.
In manufacturing and warehousing environments, certain robot models can navigate autonomously, avoid obstacles, and transport goods across various scenarios. The solutions also support integration with ERP, WMS, and MES systems through APIs/SDKs, while enabling the management and coordination of multiple robots on a cloud platform.
In service environments, robots can perform tasks such as delivery, customer guidance, and interaction. Some delivery robots are designed to autonomously call elevators, pass through automatic doors, and transport food, beverages, or supplies. Meanwhile, AI reception robots can assist with welcoming guests, providing information, and guiding visitors at hotels, offices, hospitals, shopping malls, and exhibition centers.
The combination of automation solutions in digital environments and autonomous robots demonstrates how the scope of automation applications is expanding in multiple directions, depending on the specific business processes and operating conditions of each enterprise. With this approach, enterprises can explore automation across a wide range of activities, from data processing and back-office operations to transportation, delivery, lifting and handling, and service operations.
FPT’s exhibition booth themed “Next-gen Automation” at Automation World 2026
Through the exhibition, FPT introduced the business community to various applications of automation, from Akabot software robots to autonomous robots, while connecting with enterprises seeking solutions to specific challenges in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and services. This also reflects FPT’s “Next-gen Automation” message through solutions closely aligned with enterprises’ practical application needs.
