Taking FE Credit as an example, by effectively adopting FPT IS’s remote signing solution, the company has been creating outstanding competitive advantage in the market. Previously, when FE Credit adopted a different solution, the percentage of defective contracts was about 80%, 20% of which had to be manually signed or re-signed, leading to a low rate of successfully signed loan contracts.

After cooperating with FPT IS to deploy a remote signing solution, the time to process a loan contract at FE Credit has been reduced from 2-3 days to 10 minutes, eliminating multiple complex paperwork processes, increasing the rate of successfully signed loan contracts from 20% to 99%.
