The ‘Made by FPT’ ecosystem scores big at Sao Khue 2025
Affirming pioneering position in driving innovation and developing “Make in Vietnam” products in line with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, 13 products, solutions, and services from FPT were recently honored at the Announcement and Award Ceremony of the Sao Khue Awards 2025 — the most prestigious award in the software and IT industry, organized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA). These award-winning offerings are part of the “Made by FPT” technology ecosystem, developed based on core technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Big Data. They help businesses accelerate digital transformation, increase productivity, reduce costs, enhance customer experience, and contribute to advancing national digital transformation efforts.
Among them, FPT IS – a member company of FPT – received several major awards, including the Top 10 Sao Khue Award for Infrastructure Managed Services, along with recognition for four innovative technology products: Volar FINEX (Digital Banking category), iSOMA – Digitization Software (Data Digitization category), MeduVerse (New Products, Solutions, Software, and Services category), dCitizen (Digital Citizen category)

Volar FINEX is the only “Make in Vietnam” core financial product to be recognized at Sao Khue 2025
Volar FINEX is a pioneering “Make in Vietnam” core financial software, leading the domestic market and notably the only product in the core financial category recognized at Sao Khue 2025. Designed to optimize financial processes, Volar FINEX helps businesses reduce operational costs by up to 60%, shorten processing time by 30%, and quickly adapt to ever-changing market demands. It also supports the development of new business models such as the sharing economy, green economy, and circular economy. The solution has already been deployed at major banks such as Sacombank Leasing and HDBank, serving over 4,000 enterprise users in Vietnam. It is also expanding into international markets, including Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. Volar FINEX was previously awarded Runner-up in FPT’s iKhiến Innovation Program and ranked in the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Products at the Make in Vietnam 2024 Awards, recently announced on E-portal for Scientific and Technological Products, Innovative Solutions, and Digital Transformation – nq57.mst.gov.vn.
dCitizen was awarded the Sao Khue Award in the Digital Citizen category
Additionally, dCitizen platform was awarded the Sao Khue Award in the Digital Citizen category. This solution provides a comprehensive digital transformation platform that optimizes user experience and creates a multi-channel interaction between the government, businesses, and citizens in socio-economic activities.Through the app, citizens can access various services from a single platform, including connecting information, registering public and online services, submitting feedback and requests, and utilizing other support features. This helps facilitate access to open government data, create a more effective citizen data repository, and contribute to the integration and enrichment of national data. A notable achievement is FPT’s collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City to develop the Digital Citizen App based on the dCitizen platform. This initiative has established a two-way communication channel between the city government and its citizens, enabling easy and convenient “one-touch” interaction.
iSOMA was awarded the Sao Khue Award in the Data Digitization category.
iSOMA – Digitization software was awarded the Sao Khue Award in the Data Digitization category. The solution uses advanced AI-OCR technology to accurately recognize digits, text, and even handwriting, significantly increasing automation after information scanning. This results in a productivity boost, enabling organizations and businesses to quickly and securely convert traditional data into digital format at a reasonable cost. iSOMA is trusted by over 50 organizations and businesses across various sectors. A prominent project involves the Hanoi Ethnic Affairs Committee, which digitized nearly 20 meters of archived documents and processed 44 meters of reorganized documents in just 45 days.
Meduverse received the Sao Khue Award in the New Products, Solutions, Software, and Services category
Meduverse is designed for children aged 4 to 12 and combines FPT’s advanced technology with learning content from Oxford University Press. It uses game-based learning to help children absorb knowledge naturally and effectively, promoting self-learning. Meduverse currently has nearly 300,000 users in Vietnam and will soon expand to international markets.
Being honored at Sao Khue 2025 underscores FPT’s commitment to fostering innovation, developing Make in Vietnam technology products, and addressing key economic challenges in alignment with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW. FPT continues to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship through initiatives like the iKhiến innovation program, which attracted 9,389 initiatives, boosting labor productivity by 30% annually and generating over 865 billion VND in 2024. The award-winning products of Sao Khue 2025 are the direct results of FPT’s ongoing development of the Made by FPT – Make in Vietnam ecosystem, reflecting the ambition to bring Vietnamese technology to the global stage.
In 2024, the Made by FPT ecosystem recorded a revenue of 2,267 billion VND, marking a 31% growth year-on-year, playing a key role in ensuring FPT’s long-term growth. FPT aims to have 100% of its products and services integrated with AI by 2027, making them smarter, more convenient for users, and more automated, providing significant financial benefits to customers.
