Two security services of FPT IS excellently win VNISA Cyber Security Award 2020

“Advising, evaluating and issuing PCI DSS certification service” and “FPT.EagleEye mSOC – Managed Security Operations Center” have recently helped FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (FPT IS) have two VNISA Cyber Security Awards 2020, which contributes to affirming FPT’s reputation and capability in the field of cyber security.

On the morning of November 18, 2020, the VNISA Cyber Security Award 2020 ceremony was successfully organized in Hanoi by the Vietnam Information Security Association (VNISA) to honor Vietnamese enterprises with high-quality products and services in information security (IS) and information technology (IT).

After 3 months from the kick-off, there are 45 typical IS products, services and IT solutions from 17 leading enterprises in the field of IS such as FPT, Viettel, VNPT, CMC, Bkav… awarded the VNISA Cyber Security Award 2020.

This year, FPT IS participates in the Award with 2 services from FPT Cyber Security Division and the two continue to affirm the quality and prestige of products and services “Made by FPT IS” by winning 2 VNISA Cyber Security Awards 2020 in the category of “Typical IS services”.

“FPT.EagleEye mSOC – Managed Security Operations Center” wins VNISA Cyber Security Award 2020.

Specifically, “FPT.EagleEye mSOC – Managed Security Operations Center” provides 24/7 in-depth security monitoring and analysis service in order to comprehensively control and improve defense capability of IT systems at enterprises and organizations. FPT.EagleEye mSOC is able to predict and prevent cyberattacks, limit the spread and the consequences of cyberattacks to a minimum, and quickly restore the systems to a stable and safe state.

With FPT.EagleEye mSOC, FPT IS pledges that 0% of data can be leaked out of the customer’s system. The large projects deployed for major clients such as Vietlott, VIB, TPBank, MSB, Departments of Information and Communications of Binh Dinh, Soc Trang… over the years are testament to the quality of FPT.EagleEye mSOC.

“Advising, evaluating and issuing PCI DSS certification service” has been implemented by FPT IS since 2015 to accompany organizations in accelerating to meet PCI DSS standards.

Meanwhile, after being the first authorized company to issue PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification in Vietnam, FPT IS has deployed “Advising, evaluating and issuing PCI DSS certification service” since 2015 to accompany organizations in accelerating to meet PCI DSS standards.

The PCI DSS certification, established by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council – PCI SSC, is an IS standard in the field of issuing and accepting payment cards with global value. Banks and organizations which obtain this premier certification can maximize the risk of information and financial loss, enhance security of payment card data as well as their reputation and brand.

With “Advising, evaluating and issuing PCI DSS certification service”, FPT IS not only advises banks and organizations to standardize the IS system according to the world standards to be eligible for PCI DSS certification issued by FPT IS, but also advises on security solutions to help the customer’s systems operate securely and effectively. Up to now, with the achievement of PCI DSS certification, FPT IS’s customers such as MB Bank, OCB, Kienlongbank … are gradually achieving new development milestones and improving their competitiveness.
