Hanoi Public Employees’ Union launches document management and administration system developed by FPT IS

The document management and administration system developed by FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) will help Hanoi Public Employees’ Union increase the use of electronic documents in its activities, thereby promoting the digitalization of working processes, creating a digital working environment with new experiences for cadres and civil servants.

The document management and administration system is launched in the Conference to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam General Confederation of Labour organized by Hanoi Public Employees’ Union. At the conference, leaders of Hanoi Public Employees’ Union identify digital transformation as one of major factors for the development of the Union and a goal that needs to be achieved quickly in the near future. The cooperation with FPT IS to develop the system is one of the steps of the Union towards the goal.

At the ceremony, Mr. My Duy Long, Director of Northern Digital Government Software Deployment Center, FPT IS says: “The system allows leaders, department heads, specialists to exchange information, understand and perform the work in a convenient way, anytime, anywhere. Cadres, civil servants, and public employees can send and receive documents and data on electronic environment. As a result, the work of management will become more convenient and easier, work efficiency will significantly be enhanced, saving a huge amount of costs for printing and travelling”.

In addition, the system also helps to manage all documents of Hanoi Public Employees’ Union, allowing the Union’s staff to assign the work and process documents quickly, as well as manage and monitor working progress. Users can use the system on the website or via the application installed on their mobile phones.
