FPT IS launches Newsletter A software for the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs
After a month of development, the internal newsletter software of the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Newsletter A) with 2 versions including website and mobile application has officially been launched at the 31st Diplomatic Conference on December 15. Newsletter A software, developed by FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (FPT IS), provides international news in a complete and timely manner to nearly 1,000 leaders, officials and employees of the Ministry.
Previously, Newsletter A – an internal newsletter with a history of 60 years – was a paper newsletter and distributed to more than 1,000 officials and employees of the Ministry. The information was obtained from multiple sources with manual editing process, complex approval and publication process, and difficult news storage.
Newsletter A is launched with 2 versions of website and mobile application.
Facing such situation, the leaders of the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs have decided to partner with FPT IS to digitally transform Newsletter A. Within just a month, FPT IS has successfully built an administrative website with major functions such as composing, editing, browsing…, as well as a website and an application for reading news. Newsletter A meets all strict requirements of the Ministry, including: Ensuring safety and security, Ensuring compilation and approval process, Advanced and friendly mobile interface. The software reduces the time for editing, approving, and publishing by 70%, meanwhile updates information to leaders, officials and employees of the Ministry around the world in a timely manner.
Newsletter A is launched at the 31st Diplomatic Conference.
At the 31st Diplomatic Conference, in the presence of Prime Minister Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, senior leaders of the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs have installed the mobile application of Newsletter A and experienced reading news on the application. The successful launching of Newsletter A is expected to open further cooperation opportunities between the Ministry and FPT IS towards comprehensive and effective digital transformation in the Ministry’s activities.
