Dai Dung undertakes large-scale digital transformation to achieve billion-dollar revenue goal
Recently, Dai Dung officially launched a large-scale digital transformation strategy in partnership with FPT Group. This milestone marks a significant turning point for Dai Dung in its digitalization journey to achieve its billion-dollar revenue goal and lay the groundwork for its future IPO roadmap.
The digital transformation project implemented by FPT Group for Dai Dung Group has officially commenced
Specifically, Dai Dung aims to innovate its management model by deploying the centralized management system SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition across all 10 of its member companies, both domestically and internationally. It also plans to utilize two advanced technological solutions developed by FPT: the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution akaBot and the paperless office solution FPT SPro. This strategic move not only strengthens Dai Dung’s position in the industry but also establishes a foundation to achieve significant objectives, positioning itself as a billion-dollar enterprise.
