FPT Partners with C06 to Showcase Digital Solutions for Citizens at the 14th National Congress of Vietnamese Women Delegates
As part of the 14th National Congress of Vietnamese Women Delegates, held in Hanoi on June 17–18, 2026, FPT partnered with the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) under the Ministry of Public Security to showcase digital solutions serving citizens and society at the thematic exhibition “Digital Citizen Experience.”
The C06 exhibition booth presented a comprehensive overview of flagship digital transformation initiatives implemented under Project 06.
The C06 exhibition provided a comprehensive overview of key digital transformation models implemented under Project 06, contributing to the realization of the objectives set out in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. The exhibition featured a wide range of digital solutions and public services that are already being deployed to improve services for citizens, businesses, and government agencies.
Partnering with C06, FPT introduced several practical solutions that are already being deployed to support citizen identity verification using chip-based Citizen Identity Cards and authentication platforms integrated with the VNeID application. These solutions help simplify administrative procedures, reduce processing time, and improve transparency across public services.
FPT showcased practical solutions currently deployed to enable secure citizen identity verification.
The solutions presented at the exhibition demonstrate the tangible outcomes of Project 06 in leveraging the National Population Database and digital identity to support Vietnam’s socio-economic development. Over the past several years, Project 06 has driven significant progress in administrative reform and national digital transformation by placing citizens at the center of public service delivery.
As a long-standing technology partner of C06, as well as numerous ministries, government agencies, and local authorities nationwide, FPT has contributed to the development and deployment of dozens of real-world digital transformation initiatives, helping build an integrated digital ecosystem that connects government, citizens, and businesses. Powered by the National Population Database and digital identity infrastructure, these solutions have enabled a wide range of practical services, including citizen authentication for banking and financial services, healthcare registration and pharmacy services via VNeID, civil judgment enforcement procedures, access to the National Legal Portal for legal information, consultation, and public feedback, the use of Citizen Identity Cards in public transportation, and candidate authentication for large-scale examinations.
The showcased solutions are built on advanced technologies to deliver secure, scalable digital services.
The solutions are powered by advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), big data, biometric authentication, Near Field Communication (NFC), and semiconductor chips designed by FPT, ensuring high accuracy, security, and scalability. Together, these technologies provide a robust foundation for building an integrated, transparent, and citizen-centric digital ecosystem that supports everyday services and interactions.
Through its partnership with C06 at the 14th National Congress of Vietnamese Women Delegates, FPT continues to demonstrate its technological capabilities while reaffirming its long-term commitment to working alongside the Ministry of Public Security, government ministries, and local authorities to expand the successful implementation of Project 06 nationwide, bringing digital services closer to citizens and businesses.
