FPT Showcases Digital Healthcare Ecosystem at Quang Ninh Province’s 2025 Health Digital Transformation Conference
On April 10, 2025, during the Conference on Digital Transformation, Project 06 Implementation for 2025, and the Inaugural Congress of the Quang Ninh Health IT and Digital Transformation Association, FPT made a strong impression by introducing its comprehensive Digital Healthcare Ecosystem. The company drew significant attention from attendees with an in-depth presentation and a themed exhibition booth titled “Comprehensive Partnership with the Healthcare Sector.”
The event aimed to summarize and evaluate the outcomes of Digital Transformation and Project 06 in 2024, while setting strategic directions for 2025 and beyond. It also served as a platform for organizations to share practical lessons and digital transformation experiences, as well as to showcase outstanding solutions developed by leading tech enterprises.
Overview of the event
As a pioneering technology partner supporting over 300 hospitals and 20 provincial Departments of Health across Vietnam, FPT not only showcased key digital platforms and healthcare products but also brought strategic perspectives and full-spectrum implementation capabilities—from consulting and design to operation and optimization. Platforms such as FPT.EMR Cloud, FPT.eHospital 2.0, and Health Insight, powered by AI, big data, and cloud computing, demonstrate FPT’s readiness to accompany local healthcare in achieving meaningful and sustainable digital transformation aligned with national objectives.
In a keynote speech on “Digital Healthcare Trends,” Dr. Trần Tùng – FPT’s Healthcare Technology Expert – provided insights into how AI, big data, cloud computing, and IoT are redefining the healthcare delivery model. He emphasized that digital transformation in healthcare is not merely a technological trend, but a strategic imperative to enhance service quality, governance efficiency, and equitable access to smart healthcare.
FPT is currently rolling out a comprehensive digital healthcare ecosystem, including solutions such as eHospital 2.0, e-Claim, Telehealth, Virtual Assistants, and the data analytics platform Health Insight. Among them, the spotlight is on FPT.EMR Cloud—a product suite developed to meet global standards (HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10…), comprising three key components: Clinical Data Repository (CDR), Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This solution enables the formation of a centralized health data system, connecting hospitals to the Ministry of Health, and effectively supporting clinical practices, management, training, and research.

At the exhibition area themed “Comprehensive Partnership with the Healthcare Sector,” FPT showcased its Digital Healthcare Ecosystem, including the FPT.eHospital 2.0+ Smart Hospital Management System, the FPT.EMR Electronic Medical Records System, and the Azladin Digital Health Platform, attracting great interest from a wide range of attendees. These solutions are currently being implemented at Hoan My Medical Group and more than 300 hospitals and clinics across the country. They inherit the full technological strengths of FPT’s earlier hospital software platform while being further developed to reach a new level in alignment with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The system is built on a modern Service-Oriented Architecture (SoA) with centralized data, integrated with IoT, mobile technology, and an open data portal, and is connected to Big Data and AI analytics platforms. This enables the flexible expansion of remote healthcare solutions and intelligent health management services. The ecosystem contributes to enhancing the patient experience and empowers the care team, giving them greater control and capabilities in delivering care.
In addition, FPT also collaborated with its partner Konica Minolta – a leading technology corporation from Japan – to introduce to attendees a range of smart medical devices, such as PACS systems, advanced 3D medical imaging software, and AI-powered platforms that support in-depth diagnostics.

The event marked FPT’s strong commitment to pioneering innovation in healthcare technology—not only in terms of solution development capabilities but also in its vision to accompany hospitals, medical centers, and local Departments of Health in building a citizen-centered healthcare system, with technology as the driving force and data as the foundation for sustainable growth.
