Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency launches Digital Heritage Room with FPT’s akaVerse platform
On May 19, 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency officially inaugurated its Digital Heritage Room, an immersive digital space designed to preserve and showcase the Agency’s 80-year history. Powered by FPT’s akaVerse platform, the project marks a significant milestone in the Agency’s digital transformation journey while reinforcing FPT’s long-term collaboration with agencies across Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice.
The inauguration was held on May 19, commemorating the 136th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, and formed part of a series of activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s Civil Judgment Enforcement system (July 19, 1946 – July 19, 2026). The occasion underscores the Agency’s commitment to preserving its institutional heritage through modern digital technologies.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency, the Agency’s leadership team, heads of specialized divisions and regional enforcement offices, along with representatives from FPT.

The project carries particular significance as the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency undergoes organizational restructuring following the administrative consolidation of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria–Vung Tau. The Digital Heritage Room provides a unified digital repository that preserves and connects historical records, photographs, and archival materials from the three localities across multiple stages of development. By bringing these valuable assets together, the platform safeguards the institutional legacy and honors the contributions of generations of public servants before the new organizational model takes effect.

The Digital Heritage Room was developed to comprehensively digitize historical documents, photographs, videos, and archival records while presenting the Agency’s evolution through key milestones, major achievements, and the lasting contributions of its workforce over the past eight decades.
At the core of the project is akaVerse, FPT’s immersive virtual experience platform within the FPT Culture Tech ecosystem. The solution combines VR360 technology, web-based interactive experiences, 3D visualization, and digital content management into a single integrated platform, enabling organizations to preserve institutional heritage while making historical assets more accessible and engaging.
The entire physical exhibition space has been recreated in a virtual environment using VR360 technology integrated with an online platform. Rather than simply viewing static images, visitors can freely navigate the exhibition and interact with displays as if walking through the gallery itself. At the same time, every historical photograph, document, and artifact has been digitized and organized into a dedicated online repository, creating a searchable digital archive for long-term preservation and future access.
Mr. Dao Trong Nguyen, Business Development Director of MBF, FPT Corporation, introduces the Digital Heritage Room.
A notable technical feature is the use of custom-built 3D interior modeling for exhibition areas where physical artifacts were not yet available. This approach ensures a seamless and uninterrupted virtual tour while maintaining a consistent user experience throughout the digital environment.
The solution also incorporates an integrated Content Management System (CMS), enabling the Agency to independently update, expand, and optimize digital content over time without relying on the implementation team after project handover.
Designed to serve multiple audiences, the platform supports internal staff in historical research, institutional knowledge sharing, and professional education, while also providing an engaging experience for official delegations and visitors interested in exploring the development of civil judgment enforcement in Ho Chi Minh City. The Digital Heritage Room was completed ahead of schedule, an achievement recognized by the Agency’s leadership during the inauguration ceremony.
From its first day of operation, the platform has fulfilled two strategic objectives: ensuring the long-term preservation of valuable historical assets in a secure digital environment while creating an immersive experience that strengthens institutional heritage, fosters professional pride among public servants, and enhances the Agency’s ability to welcome domestic and international visitors.
Prior to this project, FPT had successfully delivered similar digital heritage initiatives for public-sector organizations, including Vietnam’s Ministry of Health and Binh Phuoc Museum.
For the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency, the initiative represents more than the digitization of historical archives. It demonstrates how immersive technologies can preserve institutional memory while supporting education, public engagement, and long-term knowledge management. More broadly, the project reflects FPT’s continued commitment to supporting digital transformation across Vietnam’s justice sector—not only through digital platforms for operational excellence, but also by helping public institutions preserve and celebrate their organizational heritage.
