FPT IS successfully maintains ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certificate on Managed Services
Recently, FPT Information System Corporation (FPT IS) has completed the first evaluation for the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certificate on Managed Services. Currently, FPT IS is one of the few companies to successfully acquire ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certificate on Managed Services.
The evaluation is conducted by TUV NORD Vietnam, and takes place from October 2-3, 2023. Previously in early November 2022, FPT IS has become the first company in Vietnam to successfully acquire the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certificate on Managed Services. After one year of continuous improvement, FPT IS receives positive feedback from the evaluation body regarding the compliance with international standards as well as the company’s internal policies and regulations.
